Half-life
ICOTYDE oral icotrokinra: median elimination half-life is 12 hours; median time to peak is two hours. Moderate and severe renal impairment increased exposure about 2.47- and 2.78-fold. A high-fat meal reduced exposure. The labeled population starts at age 12 and weight 40 kg.
Species, route and formulation matter. Half-life does not define a safe dosing interval.

Storage
ICOTYDE tablets: store at 20–25°C, permitted excursions 15–30°C. Keep in the original moisture-protective package with its desiccant. This is not a storage specification for research powder.
